This long and clean beach of Kannur town is only 4 Km from our center. This long anc clean beach about 5 Kms stretch is famous for its flat laterite cliff that jut in to the sea. The well laid gardens and the massive landscaped sculpture of Mother and child makes it extremely captive

St: ANGELLO FORT:

This seafront laterite fort was constructed in 1505 AD by the first Portuguese victory, Don Francisco De Almeda, with the consent from the ruling king. After changing hands from Portuguese to the Dutch and then to the English the fort became one of the important military canters of British in Malabar. The fort, which is under the archeological survey of India, offers a fascinating view of Mappilla bay fishing harbour

MUZHAPPILANGAD BEACH (Drive – in – Beach)

Black rocks protect this long clean beach from the currents of the deep, making its shallow waters a swimmers paradise. Perhaps this is Keralas’ only drive in beach where you can drive the entire length of 4 Kms
