Our TTC program is is conducted under the guidance of our well experienced yoga instructors, which ensures a good exposure to theory as well as practice sessions on various aspects of Yoga including Kriyas, Mudras, Bandhas, Asanas, Anatomy, Physiology etc, which enables the students to handle yoga sessions and training programs.
